JKL electric piling winch is also named high speed free fall drilling rig winch. this series of hand control high speed free rolling winches are mainly used for vertical lifting heavy loads on construction site, in factory, mining area and port, especially applicable to free fall punching and piling operations of bridge, dock and construction foundation engineering. The structure feature is main shaft rotating ( known as rotation shaft).
The winch converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through the motor, that is, the motor's rotor rotates and outputs, and then drives the reel to rotate after being decelerated by the triangle belt, shaft, and gear. The drum winds the steel wire rope and passes through the pulley block, so that the crane hook lifts or drops the load to complete the vertical transportation, loading and unloading of the load.
