Brayden team has rich industrial experiences, and we are capable to provide most optimized solution for customers all around the world. Brayden team is capable to design Max. 350 tons load winches not only elective driven but also hydraulic for your project. We will coordinate with you closely and try to offer the perfect customization of your needs according to the actual condition, and ensure each solution can exactly meet your demands.

Fabrication

We have more than 50 skilled workers with rich production experience, dozens of advanced production equipment such as gear hobbing machine, vertical lathe, boring machine, CNC cutting machine and material mechanics laboratory etc. The monthly production capacity can reach around 50 sets. From simple tie up dockside mooring duties to more specialized positioning systems for subsea operations including pipe laying, dredging, accommodation barges and survey vessels. Our standard range of single or double drum mooring winches can be adapted to bespoke solutions for customer’s individual requirements. Multiple point mooring systems are available with hydraulic, electric or diesel driven, supported with full control systems and associated pulleys sheaves and couplings.

Preventive Inspection & Lifetime Maintenance

Our quality inspection department has 10 professional QC. Every machine will undergo a strict function test and trial run test, including electrical circuit testing and load testing. We have 500 tons static load test test bench whose ability is relatively large in this area. During the warranty period of 1 year, if the machine fails or occur any quality problems, we provide maintenance and technical support for free to help you recover the machine to normal working, and also offer full sets of spare parts in the entire life of the machine when you need. We find that in most cases, equipment users always seek urgent repairs in time of equipment failure, or even breakdown, resulting in significant downtime costs, or even serious influence on the production and delivery time. In the case of this phenomenon, we have especially introduced the latest “Worry-free Scheme”, with the aim of helping customers to conduct regular maintenance of equipment, and lower operating costs and extend the life of a winch by reducing time intervals between failures and maintenance times. Customers can make flexible options depending on the realistic circumstances. 

Transportation & Shipping

When production finished and start delivery, we are fully responsible for the inland transportation to departure sea port. In this case, the trade term will be FOB. Of course, if you agree to use our own freight forward, we can arrange sea shipping for you, in which case the trade term is CIF or CFR. In some countries, door-to-door service or DDU is also acceptable for us, while it depends on your choice. But due to the bad influence of COVID-19 epidemic since 2020, international logistics and shipping charges have been severely impacted, the price rate of sea freight has risen sharply in past two years, what’s more, the price rate is unstable and changing at fast speed. In this case, in order to avoid unpredictable losses, we are more willing to provide FOB or Ex-works offers for our customers.
